Front Desk Duties: Greet guests and direct and assist them to appropriate staff. Ensuring a positive and professional impression at all times. Keep kitchen, office supplies, and mailroom clean, stocked, and organized.
Answering main phone line and assisting the caller to appropriate staff and assisting caller of the information they request if able.
Assist in scanning and copying of documentation
Perform other tasks as needed
Phone Screenings. Schedule, perform, and fill out templated form and give to manager of the position.
Set up in-person or virtual interviews with candidate and LVCC management.
Assist with in-person interviews with applications and other employment forms.
5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
Excellent organization skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
Strong communications skills (via phone, email, and in-person).
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong phone etiquette and excellent grammar and spelling skills.
Associates Degree in Business preferred.
Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
Attention to detail and have ability to analytically solve problems as needed.
Strong multi-tasking, time management skills
