"I like to work with the young toddlers because they are like sponges, they soak in all that you say and do and assimilate that with their prior knowledge and learning. I learn from them as well. I love to watch them develop and grow into independent people, watch how their personalities develop, and their development of character, attitudes and their uniqueness. I find this age group to be very interesting and I love creating an emotional and personal bond with each of them. It is exciting and rewarding."
